The LSV Bulletin

The LSV Bulletin is the official newsletter of the Lyceum Society of Vermont.  It provides LSV members with current news and information from the Society as well as irreverent commentary.

LSV Quarterly Dinners

The Lyceum Society of Vermont hosts quarterly dinner discussions at different locations around the State featuring specially invited guests to speak on topics of interest to Society members.  The dinners afford Society members with access to leading figures of thought and opinion in Vermont and around the country. 

Annual Symposium

The Lyceum Society of Vermont sponsors an annual scholarly symposium with a particular theme pertaining to the moral foundations of Western Civilization in the modern age.  These symposiums provide the public with a unique opportunity to meet scholars from Vermont and the nation who come to congregate and discuss ideas and principles that to relate to the preservation of liberty and tradition.  Like the quarterly dinners, symposiums are held in different locations around the State.

LSV Speakers Bureau

The Lyceum Society of Vermont maintains a Speakers Bureau where top scholars are made available to lecture at various organizational functions.  These events cover various topics, from academic freedom and free markets to the defense of traditional culture and individual liberty.  The Speakers Bureau are grounded in the best of the “Permanent Things” and express ordered liberty at its oratorical best.

Special Events

The Lyceum Society of Vermont both sponsors and co-sponsors various special events around the State that are of interest to its members and the public.
